Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) Located in the Portland area. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff, coordinates care with other disciplines, and employs critical thinking, professional judgment, and discretion.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS) required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation, analyzes assessment data, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care. Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties appropriately.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have EPIC experience; RTO during holidays will not be approved; start date is 10/26/2026, and the assignment ends on 01/24/2027.
