**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Tele CWR!**
**Job Description:**
- Be an essential part of our healthcare team, responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with exceptional patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on each patient's unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, strategic planning, effective intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a personalized plan of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Execute therapeutic nursing interventions that enhance patient well-being.
- Manage comprehensive care for patient populations, ensuring high standards of practice.
- Document care accurately, aligning with care standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards, promoting the adoption of innovative approaches in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing practice models.
- Embrace other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry experience.
- Proficient in all inpatient unit nursing skills, including foleys, IVs, and more.
**Required Education:**
- ASN from an accredited school of nursing is mandatory.
- Additional certification in Telemetry or passing the Telemetry Competency Exam is required.
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- BLS - AHA Certification.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- NIHSS Certification.
- Tele Certification.
- Completion of CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours).
**Schedule Information:**
- Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM.
- Weekly Hours: 36.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
- On-Call Requirement: No.
- Float Requirement: Yes, first to float, though this is infrequent.
