**Exciting Opportunity for RN Cardiac Med 4A - Nights!**
**Job Description:**
- Join our dynamic Cardiac Telemetry unit and provide outstanding patient care.
- Shift: Nights, 1900-0700.
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: Choose between 36 or 48 hours.
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Required Licensure: Current RN License eligible for Missouri or already licensed in Missouri.
- Required Certifications:
- BLS from AHA only.
- 4 trauma credits (to be completed within the first two weeks).
- NIHSS (may be submitted without but must obtain prior to start).
- Preferred Certification: ACLS from AHA only.
- Experience: At least 1 year in Cardiac Tele.
- Float Requirements: Will float on a rotational basis.
**Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 32.
- Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:5-1:6.
- Nights: 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees).
- Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment.
- EMR: EPIC.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- 1 year in Cardiac Tele (inpatient only).
- Experience in drug titration.
- Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- Cardiac Tele.
- Personality Fit:
- Determined, decisive, and flexible.
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: Black.
- Unacceptable Attire: Torn clothes, open-toed shoes, or not wearing scrubs.
