Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Med Telemetry! We are looking for a dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact in patient care.
**Position Details:**
- **Role:** RN
- **Specialty:** Cardiac Telemetry
- **Number of Openings:** 1
- **Shift:** Nights, 1900-0700
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 (please indicate on submission form)
- **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks
- **Weekend Requirements:** As required by facility
- **Call Requirements:** None
**Licensure and Certifications:**
- **Required Licensure:** Current RN License in Missouri
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS from AHA only
- 4 trauma credits (must be completed within the first two weeks)
- NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
- **Preferred Certifications:** ACLS from AHA only
**Experience:**
- **Years of Experience Required:** 1 year in Cardiac Telemetry
- **Type of Patients on Unit:** Cardiac/Med Surg
- **Float Requirements:** Will float on a rotational basis
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 32
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:5-1:6
- Nights: 1:6-1:8
- **Equipment Used:** Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
- **EMR:** EPIC
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:**
- 1 year of Cardiac Telemetry, inpatient only
- Experience and competence in drug titration
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Cardiac Tele
