Description:
This position provides essential nursing care in a telemetry setting.
Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Monitors and coordinates patient care activities to optimize patient comfort and safety.
Utilizes the nursing process to provide care for patients with various medical conditions.
Maintains professional accountability in accordance with the nursing practice standards and regulations.
Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.
Coordinates patient care with other departments as necessary.
Upholds patient rights and ensures confidentiality of patient information.
Exhibits flexibility and adaptability to meet patient care needs.
Maintains necessary physical stamina to perform nursing duties, including standing, walking, and lifting.
May work varied schedules, shifts, or days according to patient care requirements.
Exposes staff to high-risk environments and materials.
Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving patient satisfaction.
Participates in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
