Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Cardiac Telemetry to join our pre/post unit for various procedural specialties, including Cath Lab, EP Lab, PV Lab, and Interventional Radiology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population requiring telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage patients receiving care from interventional lab procedures.
Administer nursing care, including management of arterial and venous access patients.
Ensure hemostasis and provide education to patients and families regarding their care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Handle a variety of patient conditions, including Same Day PCI patients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
Experience with electronic health records system (EPIC) is essential.
Telemetry experience is mandatory.
Previous charge nurse experience is required.
Knowledge of patient care procedures in Cath, EP, PV, and interventional radiology settings is essential.

Schedule

This position requires a full-time commitment of 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
