Description:
We have a 54-bed cardiovascular telemetry unit.
The unit is split into three 18-bed wings.
Patients are also cared for in an overflow unit.
Flexible scheduling is preferred.
Every other weekend is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
If any holiday occurs during the assignment period, scheduling to work may be necessary.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in cardiac telemetry and must be fluent in cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias.
Experience with medication management, including cardiac drips and heparin protocols, is essential.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
The role may require floating based on the needs of the facility.
All candidates must have specialty experience within the last year.
Certifications must be from recognized authorities in the field.
Candidates should have experience using relevant charting systems.
