Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Participate in every other weekend rotation as required
- Fulfill required holiday obligations as discussed during the interview process
Required Qualifications- Active RN license valid in the state of Florida or a compact state license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Availability for mid shifts
- Ability to commit to a 36-48 hour contract schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a telemetry or cardiac step-down unit
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring systems and rhythm interpretation
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
