Description:
Telemetry unit with 23 beds.
Staffed by 28 personnel.
Day shift includes 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 Patient Care Technicians, and 1 Unit Secretary.
Night shift includes 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 Patient Care Technicians.
Patient ratio is 1:6.
Equipment used includes telemetry monitors.
Electronic Medical Record system is Expanse.
Typical procedures performed include line placements and dialysis.
Candidates must possess a strong cardiac background and SD/PCU experience.
Ideal candidates will be team players, reliable, and accountable.
Availability to float to Med/Surg is required.
Dress code is all black scrubs or black pants with a red top for RNs.
Every other weekend commitment is expected.
