  • Schedule: Nights, 3x12, 1900-0730, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current RN License (meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri), BLS and ACLS from AHA only, 0 years of experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The telemetry unit cares for patients requiring cardiac monitoring, including post-procedure cardiac patients and those with acute cardiac conditions. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, emergency response, and telemetry equipment. Experience with cardiac procedures such as placement and removal of TR bands and pulling sheaths is preferred. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital standards. The role involves physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and assisting with patient mobility. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids is inherent. The position requires professional accountability, coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and compliance with the organizations mission and standards.
