Medication management includes using workstations on wheels and a dispensing system. The scheduling will require weekend shifts every other week, amounting to four weekend shifts within a four-week schedule. Floating to other medical-surgical areas may occur if the skill mix is necessary. The position involves meeting patient experience requirements, including bedside and hourly rounding.
