Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves working with post-cardiac cath and post-surgical patients, managing those on high-risk medications, and attending to respiratory patients on NIPPV. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Obtain and record initial assessments, establishing priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
- Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention
- Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within established time frames
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on the interpretation of facts and evaluations
- Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
- Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
- Evaluate the plan of care
- Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- Current BLS certification from AHA required
- Current ACLS certification from AHA required
