Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves providing care to post-cardiac cath and post-surgical patients, as well as those on high-risk medications and respiratory support in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
- Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention.
- Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care for the patient.
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on the interpretation of facts and evaluations of patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning.
- Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.
- Evaluate the plan of care and perform various Point of Care testing procedures.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- Current BLS certification from AHA required
- Current ACLS certification from AHA required
