Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves working with post-cardiac cath, post-surgical patients, and those on high-risk medications and respiratory support. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish priorities based on age, symptoms, and needs.
- Re-assess patients systematically to monitor progress and trends requiring intervention.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in line with Nursing Standards of Care.
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on patient outcomes; modify care plans as required.
- Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and families.
- Implement and document interventions tailored to patient needs in a timely manner.
- Conduct various Point of Care testing procedures.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- Current BLS certification from AHA required.
- Current ACLS certification from AHA required.
