- **Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 33
- **Number of Staff:** 30
- **Day Shift Staff:** 1 Charge RN, Floor RNs based on a 5:1 ratio (No techs)
- **Night Shift Staff:** 1 Charge RN, Floor RNs based on a 5:1 ratio (No techs)
- **Patient Ratios:** 5:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)
- **Equipment & Technology:**
- **EMR System:** Meditech / CPN
- **Hiring Profile:**
- **Required Skills:**
- Minimum of 1 year current acute care Telemetry Hospital experience
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Prior Meditech experience
- NIH certifications
- Experience in large trauma facilities
- **Procedures Performed on Unit:**
- Managing IV Drips
- EKG monitoring and administering medications
- Handling chest tubes and pacemaker management
