Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

RN Tele jobs at the facility in West Allis, WI let you work as a House Supervisor in the Float Pool, supporting multiple medical-surgical units. You will monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage diverse patient populations, and document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as EPIC. You must have an active Wisconsin RN license or multi-state compact license, at least 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience, and Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, cardiac rhythm interpretation, wound care, and adaptability to float between units.
