Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) RN Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center The organization is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care for neurological patients in a busy trauma and stroke unit. This role involves caring for patients with various neurological diagnoses, utilizing experienced clinical judgment, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 10/19/2026 to 01/18/2027
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission), at least 1 year of experience, experience with Neuro Stepdown, Telemetry, and Neuro patients, proficient in NIH scale, ACLS, BLS, and NICU certifications, and adept in patient care with post-surgical neurology and other neurology diagnoses
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NIHSS and working in a Level II trauma or neuroscience unit
  • Additional Job Details: Experience with Epic charting system required; candidates may be required to float between units based on unit needs. Candidates need to successfully complete specified modules during orientation and provide references covering the last 3 years, with a minimum of 6 months in CNA roles if applicable. Candidates must be willing to work three out of five major holidays and adhere to scheduling and RTO policies.
