**Job Description:**
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Location: Bowling Green, KY
- Unit: Telemetry (Cost Center: 631)
**Unit Highlights:**
- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios:
- 4:1 with cath recovery
- 6:1 max ratio (may stretch to 7:1)
- Support Staff:
- Patient Care Technicians (PCTS) on day and night shifts
- Unit Clerks on day shift
- Equipment:
- Remote Telemetry monitors
- Alaris pumps
- Documentation: Meditech
- Scheduling: Every other weekend
- Floating Policy: Agency floats first (may float to Ortho/Med-Surg)
- Patient Experience: Strive for 75% satisfaction rate
**Qualifications:**
- Must have telemetry experience
- Advanced Skills: Knowledge of chest tubes, Dysthymia training
- Procedures:
- Chest tube insertions
- Bedside Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
**Dress Code:**
- Scrubs: Any color except camo
