Description:
Registered Nurse for Acute Care Float.
You will be assigned by the nursing supervisor at the time staffing assignments are made.
Shifts are 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with a 30-minute lunch break for a 12-hour shift.
Patient ratios vary according to need, but are typically 1:6.
First-time travelers will be considered.
You are required to work every other weekend.
No on-call is required.
Must have a valid nursing license with no encumbrances.
Time off restrictions may apply.
The position requires floating to various specialty units.
Compliance with required vaccinations is necessary.
Two references are required.
Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary across specialties.
