The assignment will be determined by the nursing supervisor at the time staffing assignments are made. The shift will run from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. Patient ratios may vary according to need, but are typically 1:6. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a comparable acuity hospital. First-time travelers will be considered for this position. Every other weekend availability is required. This position does not require on-call duty. The candidate must have Cerner EMR experience. The nurse will float to different units as needed. Time-off requests and special requirements must be adhered to. Compliance with uniform standards is expected.
