The organization is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients within the telemetry specialty on a per-shift basis. The Telemetry Nurse will also supervise staff, support high-quality patient care, and ensure staff competency.
Job Details
- Position Description: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, implementing care plans, and ensuring safe and effective nursing practice. Supervisory duties include overseeing clinical staff and delegating appropriate tasks. This role supports the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of care, staffing competency, and proper resource management.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant education, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Shifts in the operating room include 8, 10, and 12 hours. Dedicated scrubs are provided, matching staff color. Call rotation during weekdays involves one first call and one second call from 11 PM to 7 AM, along with one weekend day every other month. The assignment duration is from 10/21/2026 to 01/20/2027.
