This role requires a registered nurse with experience in surgical telemetry to join a dedicated team on a nurturing and supportive unit. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Utilize Baxter IV pumps and Welch Allyn VS machines as needed
• Ensure effective ambulation and wound care for patients
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6 to provide optimal care
• Collaborate with day and night shift teams comprised of RNs, LVNs, and PCTs

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• BLS certification
• 2 years of medical-surgical (MS) experience
• Charge experience preferred
• Preceptorship experience preferred
