# Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** August 19, 2026 **Location:** San Antonio, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts; Day shift: 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs; Night shift: 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, 3 PCTs; Minimum every other weekend with scheduling based on unit needs**Highlights:**
- 27-bed telemetry unit utilizing RN/LVN team model with 9-10 patients per team
- Work with telemetry monitoring systems and IV pump technology in a collaborative care environment
- EMR system: Meditech
- Opportunity to float to other medical/surgical units, expanding clinical versatility
- Supportive team structure with dedicated charge nurse leadership on every shift
- Professional dress code: Navy blue scrubs
**Requirements:**
- Current Texas RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Telemetry experience required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Positive, flexible, and adaptable personality with strong team collaboration skills
