**Exciting Opportunity for Night Shift RN - Cardiac Med 4A!**

**Position Details:**
- **Role**: RN

- **Shift**: Nights, 1900-0700
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours**: 36 or 48 (please indicate on submission)
- **Assignment Length**: 13 weeks
- **Weekend Hours**: As required by facility
- **Call Requirements**: None
**Licensure & Certifications:**
- **Required**:
- Current RN License (Must meet criteria for licensure in Missouri)
- BLS (AHA only)
- 4 trauma credits (or completion within first two weeks)
- NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
- **Preferred**: ACLS (AHA only)
**Experience & Skills:**
- **Years of Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in Cardiac Tele
- **Must-Have Skills**:
- Inpatient Cardiac Tele experience
- Competence in drug titration
- **Preferred Skillset**: Additional experience in Cardiac Tele
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds**: 32
- **Patient Ratios**:
- Day Shift: 1:5-1:6
- Night Shift: 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees)
- **Equipment**: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
- **EMR**: EPIC

**Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color**: Black
- **Unacceptable Attire**: Torn clothes, open-toed shoes, not wearing scrubs
**Auto Offer Guidelines:**
- **Guaranteed Hours**: Flexible 36 or 48 hours (must be indicated)
- **Blocked Scheduling**: May be approved based on facility needs
- **RTO**: Must be made up on the back end; not approved in the first week
- **Holiday RTO**: Request only 1 per assignment
- **Orientation**: Night shift orients on day shift; must be available for the entire week
