**Job Description:**

**Position Details:**
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Telemetry
- Number of Openings: 1
- Shift: Nights (19:00 - 07:00)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: Indicate preference for 36 or 48 hours
**Unit Information:**
- Number of Beds: 32
- Patient Ratios:
- Days: 1:5-1:6
- Nights: 1:6-1:7 (ratios vary based on circumstances)
- Equipment: Telemetry monitors, lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps
- EMR: EPIC
**Essential Qualifications:**
- Required Licensure: Current RN License in Missouri
- Required Certifications:
- BLS from AHA only
- NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Telemetry (inpatient experience required)
**Preferred Skills:**
- Competence in drug titration
- Flexibility and decisiveness in high-pressure situations
- Experience with medical, telemetry, and respiratory patients
**Working Conditions:**
- Physical demands include significant standing, walking, bending, lifting, and turning patients.
- Will float on a rotational basis as needed.
