Telemetry Chicago, IL. The position provides nursing care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in a hospital-based setting. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts totaling 36 hours per week, with floating to other medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license in Illinois; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; minimum of 3 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel nursing experience; 5 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
- Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Holiday coverage is required as needed. Float rotation may be required. The first shift includes unit orientation. Resume, skills checklist, two references, active certifications, and active license credentials are required for submission.
