Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient condition as appropriate
• Serve as the primary coordinator across all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, stressful environment
• Follow Standard Precautions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state license
• Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing
• Ability to monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-acuity environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a cardiac telemetry unit
• Familiarity with discharge planning processes and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Experience working within established healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols
