Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse onsite at a healthcare facility. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a nightly shift, with responsibilities including assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care. The role also encompasses supervising staff and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing services in accordance with facility standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; 1 year of clinical experience; facility location required; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry monitoring; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; familiarity with patient assessment and cardiac monitoring equipment
• Additional Information: The telemetry nurse will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and direct patient care on a 12-hour night shift. The role includes overseeing staff delegation and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to support high standards of nursing practice and patient safety during their shift.
