Telemetry (TELE) nurse position located in Evanston, IL. This role involves caring for inpatient admissions in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), focusing on Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Neuro patients. The position requires a skilled health care professional to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: IL license, Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), passing EKG test, 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience, experience requirement: 2 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior ICU experience, additional certifications in neuro or telemetry nursing are a plus.
- Experience Requirement: 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience.
- Additional Information: This assignment will be located in the ICU caring for inpatient admissions (MS/TEL patients). Floating to other Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units may be required. Credentialing must be completed and credentials due Thursday before the start date.
