TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Houston, Texas, 77001!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Perform phlebotomy as part of routine patient care duties
Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and patient care technicians across day shift operations
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
Telemetry experience required
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Phlebotomy skills required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Recent hands-on experience with Meditech EMR
