Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Ensure timely administration of patient medications and therapies
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry readings
• Coordinate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all patient interactions and interventions using Meditech
• Provide necessary care during emergencies, including TEE and cardioversion

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Active Texas RN License (Temporary Licenses not accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry unit experience
• At least 2 years of travel nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech preferred
