Telemetry unit is composed of 27 beds. Staffing includes 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 3 LVNs, and 3 PCTs on both day and night shifts. Patient Ratios follow a RN/LVN team model with 9-10 patients per team. Equipped with telemetry monitors and IV pumps. EMR system used is Meditech. Candidates must possess the following skill set: Telemetry experience is required. ACLS certification is mandatory. Best personality fit includes being positive, flexible, adaptable, and a team player. Floating to any other med/surg unit is a possibility. Weekend shifts are scheduled at minimum every other weekend, with additional scheduling based on need.
