Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,725 to $1,917 per week in Portland, OR

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care facility, maintaining an expected patient ratio of 1:4
• Float between units within the facility as needed based on staffing and patient census
• Utilize Epic for all clinical documentation and charting
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Complete required facility modules prior to start and during orientation as directed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in acute care or med/surg
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (may include Charge RNs or Leads)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)
• Facility does not accept Nursys or background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a telemetry-specific unit
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience floating between units or sister facilities in a travel or per-diem capacity
