Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Texas

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend and some holidays required

Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of hospital telemetry or specialty experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- NIH certification required
- Demonstrated competency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Experience with IV insertion and management, cardiac medications, and IV drip management (insulin, heparin, cardiac drips)
- Proficiency in managing lines and drains, and post-procedural care for cardiac catheterization, pacemaker placement/revision, and vascular surgery patients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to float per facility policy
