Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 19, 2026

Location: Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend and some holidays required

Requirements:

  • Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital telemetry or specialty experience required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • NIH certification required
  • Demonstrated competency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Experience with IV insertion and management, cardiac medications, and IV drip management (insulin, heparin, cardiac drips)
  • Proficiency in managing lines and drains, and post-procedural care for cardiac catheterization, pacemaker placement/revision, and vascular surgery patients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to float per facility policy
