Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/TEL RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/TEL RN) for a temporary contract position located in Highland Park, IL. This role requires commitment and expertise in providing quality patient care in fast-paced environments.

Schedule and Contract Details

• Start Date: 10/19 or any Monday following
• Orientation: 8 hours of classroom training followed by 8 hours of unit-specific orientation
• Contract Length: 6 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 36 hours per week, 7 PM to 7 AM
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed
• Floating Requirement: Will float to all MS/TEL units within the region

Qualifications

• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years in Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Skills Requirement: Must be able to pass an EKG on the first day
• Certification Requirements: Valid IL Nursing License and BLS certification are required
• New Graduates: Not accepted for this position
