**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Ortho/Neuro!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel RN - Ortho/Neuro
- **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM
- **Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Unit Information:**
- **Unit:** Neuro/Ortho
- **Location:** Corpus Christi, TX
- **Floor:** 4th
- **Number of Beds:** 25
- **Total Staff:** 40+
**Team Structure:**
- **Day Shift:**
- 1 Charge RN
- 1 Unit Coordinator
- 3 Patient Care Technicians
- 5 Registered Nurses
- **Night Shift:**
- 5 Registered Nurses
- 1 Patient Care Technician
**Patient Care:**
- **Patient Ratios:** 6:1, sometimes 5:1
- **Typical Procedures:** Manage chest tubes, non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips, weight-based heparin drips
**Equipment and Technology:**
- **Equipment:** Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, SCD pumps
- **EMR System:** Meditech
**Qualifications:**
- **Must Have:**
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- **Preferred:**
- Experience with Meditech
- Telemetry experience
**Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color:** Royal Blue
- **Not Acceptable:** Casual attire, jeans, or sandals
