RN-Telemetry travel nurse jobs at the facility in Livingston, TX let you monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions in a hospital setting. You will use electrocardiogram (EKG) machines to track heart performance, analyze EKG results, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
You must have an active Texas or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least one year of recent telemetry experience. Proficiency in EKG interpretation, strong clinical assessment skills, and experience with EMR systems are required. Adaptability, multitasking, and effective communication are recommended for success in this role.
