RN-Telemetry jobs at the facility in San Antonio, TX let you provide continuous cardiac monitoring and care for patients with complex medical needs. You will assess patient status, administer medications, and respond to changes in cardiac rhythms while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active Texas or compact RN license, and have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 6 months of clinical experience as a licensed RN is required, with telemetry or acute care experience preferred.
