Job Summary

Telemetry position supporting adult patients from young adulthood through geriatrics in a cardiac care setting. The role provides care for patients recovering from cardiac surgery, coronary artery stent placement, pacemaker implantation, and other stable cardiac conditions. The schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts per week.

  • Additional Information: The unit includes 36 private rooms and provides care for medically stable cardiac patients, including those recovering from cardiac interventions. Patient ratios are approximately 1:6 on day, night, and weekend shifts. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretarial support. Orientation includes 16 hours.
