Schedule Requirements

• Every other weekend
• 3 out of 4 holidays
• 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule

• RN-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4; may increase to 1:5 or 1:6 based on unit needs
• Nursing Assistant Ratio: 1:8
• Patient Population: Primarily adults with:
  • Hematologic/oncologic conditions
  • Immunocompromised conditions
  • Radiation complications
  • Cardiac arrhythmias
  • Complex fluid and medication management
  • Single- and multi-system complications
• Nursing staff analyze cardiac rhythms independently; no monitor technicians
• Ancillary staff available
