**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 9
- **Number of Staff:** 36
- **Types of Staff:**
- Day Shift: Charge RN, Unit Secretary, RN’s
- Night Shift: Charge RN, RN’s
- **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 (with potential to increase to 3:1 based on needs)
- **Type of Equipment:** Bedside Monitoring, IABP, CRRT, Impella
- **EMR:** Meditech
- **On Call Requirement:** None
- **Floating Requirement:** MICU, tele, medsurg
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Must Have:**
- ICU Experience
- Cardiac Preferred
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Cardiac ICU Experience
- Surgical ICU Experience
- **Typical Procedures Performed:**
- Central Line Insertion and Care
- Chest Tube Insertion and Care
- **Best Personality Fit:**
