Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy is necessary. All candidates must be comfortable with emergency team assignments as needed. Strong documentation and charting skills are essential. This role demands the ability to manage patients experiencing multi-system organ dysfunction. Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is crucial. Weekend coverage is required. The unit also handles patients necessitating advanced surgical procedures and therapies. This role is suitable for travel nurses with prior intensive care experience. Candidates with experience in transplant recovery are preferred.
