Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Assessing patient conditions and monitoring vital signs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members for optimal patient care
- Documenting patient progress and reporting any changes
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana
- BLS certification required
- Previous experience in a Stepdown unit preferred
