Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN specialized in Stepdown to join a dynamic team in a travel role within Weirton, WV. This position requires working in an acute care setting, providing healthcare services to patients with a variety of conditions in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide care for cardiac patients, including those post-pneumonia and post-cath lab
• Manage patients undergoing ETOH-CIWA protocols and pacemaker management
• Administer and adjust cardiac drips such as cardizem, amiodarone, nitroglycerin, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, and angiomax
• Perform ADLs, vitals, bathing, toileting, feeding, repositioning, and respond to call lights
• Read and interpret telemetry, print strips, perform measurements, and identify rhythms
• Work collaboratively with RT staff, troubleshoot respiratory equipment as appropriate

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and titrating cardiac drips
