Shifts: Weekend nightshift; 7p-7:30a; every Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Seven Healthcare are seeking an RN - Stepdown for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working in a dynamic acute care environment handling both medical-surgical and step-down patients. Opportunities are available for both new and experienced nurses, with EPIC system experience required.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide care to both floor and step-down patients
• Manage nurse to patient ratios of 6:1 (med-surg) or 3:1 (stepdown)
• Titrate drips including heparin, insulin, and anti-hypertensives
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting
• Collaborate with Clinical Associates to maintain effective care delivery
• Participate in floating to other floor/stepdown units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Valid RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
• Experience with EPIC system
• Ability to titrate various drips
• Willingness to work weekend shifts
