Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join the Stepdown unit in Peoria, IL. This is a travel assignment for professionals with a strong background in Intermediate and ICU-level care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment with a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Manage a nurse to patient ratio of 3:1 in providing comprehensive care
- Administer and titrate drips including Cardene, Cardizem, Amio, Dobutamine, and Heparin
- Provide care for patients with a range of conditions including COPD, CHF, and Sepsis
- Collaborate effectively with charge nurses, house supervisors, and PCTs
- Adapt to floating assignments as needed across Stepdown, ICU, and Gen Med units
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Active IL license or confirmation of application initiation
- BLS certification required; ACLS recommended
- Experience with trach and vent patients
- ICU/Intermediate experience with a nurse to patient ratio of 3:1
- Ability to read and confirm tele strips
