Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown- Provide direct patient care in the stepdown unit
- Monitor and assess patient condition and administer medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise care plans
- Implement and evaluate individualized care based on patient needs
- Document patient information accurately using the EPIC charting system
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown- Active MI license or application in process
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience in an acute care setting
