Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide complex wound care, manage drains and devices, and support traumatic injuries
• Assist with respiratory support, chest tubes, and care for traumatic brain injuries
• Ensure effective management of spinal cord injuries and other medical/surgical conditions
• Collaborate with care management, surgical, medical, and rehabilitation services
• Monitor and validate patient telemetry as needed

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Level 1 Trauma experience
• Familiarity with a 1:6 patient ratio for Floor and 1:3 for Stepdown
