Job Title: Registered Nurse - Step Down
Float Pool: 2 years of Stepdown experience required; prior travel experience required. Ratios: 1:5 to 6. BLS & ACLS required. Floating REQUIRED, float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU and surg/onc. Stepdown experience required, with ICU experience preferred. the patients that we would have these RNs float down to care for would be more of the stepdown variety than a heavy ICU type patient. EMR: Epic. HWL prescreen with manager direct interview and offer.
