RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in New London, New Hampshire.

Job Description & Requirements

Patient Ratios - 6:1 (at the most)
Also, 2 LNA's to assist as well as a Nurse Lead and House Supervisor
EMR - EPIC

 

Job Summary:  Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients and implement nursing standards in the processes of care

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).


 

Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): 

 

 

Local travelers are not eligible for this need

  • 3+ years CURRENT MS - [Required]
  • 2+ years PCU/Stepdown experience [Required]
  • EPIC EMR experience - [HIGHLY Preferred]
  • CHARGE EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
  • Previous Travel - [Preferred]
  • Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

    • Work History
    • Skills Checklist Medical Surgical (pertinent to position), current to 1 year  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
    • Skills Checklist Stepdown/PCU (pertinent to position), current to 1 year  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
    • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
    • New Hampshire RN license or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
    • Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
    • Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

Certification Requirements

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
